This is an Australian sparkling wine made in the traditional French style.

This sparkling is based on premium Chardonnay which provides the wine with the ultimate in elegance and clarity.
Production Notes
The fruit for this wine was hand picked then whole bunch pressed providing the cleanest free run juice. The sparkling underwent malolactic fermentation and once completed, the wine was blended to style and aged in the bottle before its disgorgement.
Winemaker Notes
The base wine is fermented in refrigerated stainless steel tanks to retain the fresh fruit characters with secondary fermentation and maturation happening for 6 months in the bottle, which imparts the subtle yeast complexity.
