The traditional method sparkling commemorates the Battle of Culloden that took place on Culloden Moor (a short drive outside Inverness) on the 16th of April 1746. It was the final battle of the 1745 Jacobite Rising and the last battle to be held on British soil.

This Off-dry Semillon's name comes from the families Scottish origins, with Robert McLeish’ family originating from a town called Kilmarnock in Scotland, affectionately known as ‘Auld Killie’.
