An alluring mix of sweet spices including nutmeg and preserved lemon leads into a very fine and filigreed palate. There are lovely layers and flavour definitions, and an undertow of power driving the wine. On the palate, buttered toast and brioche flavours emerge, signing off with a saline twist.
