Tasting Notes
With a bright quartz hue, the bouquet displays vibrant fresh pear, nectarine and fig with underlying hints of toasty vanilla and cool cream.
The palate delivers a delicious mix of fig, white peach, soft cream and pear. The wine has been crafted to a fresh medium bodied style that displays a brightness and persistency of brioche and spicy vanilla to the finish.
Production Notes
The fruit is hand harvested, sorted for quality then processed for the initial fermentation. 30% of the wine is then matured in 1st year French Oak barriques, while the remaining 70% is matured in 2nd and 3rd year French Oak barriques.
