Entrée – yellowfin tuna crudo / ponzu / rainbow seaweed / kombu oil (gfo)(df) – paired with McLeish Semillon 2025 and Reserve Semillon 2013
Main – slow-cooked lamb shoulder / roasted carrots / braised red cabbage / onion petals (gf)(df) –Side – roasted pumpkin / sage brown butter / sunflower seeds (gf)(v) paired with McLeish Shiraz 2023 & Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
