Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Full of rich, tropical pear, lychee and passionfruit characters. The mid palate displays ripe tropical fruit characters leading to a crisp, dry finish.
Vineyard Notes
The last week of January conditions became warm leading into the Verdelho harvest on the 23rd of January. The result of a warm ripening period allowed for the grapes to develop intense flavours, whilst maintaining bright acidity.
Production Notes
The grapes for this wine were sourced from the single vineyard. The fruit was harvested and immediately pressed to a stainless steel tank. A cool ferment helped to retain bright aromatic characters, followed fermentation the wine was bottled early under screwcap to retain vibrant primary fruit characters.
